Over twenty eight years of broad
culinary experience including media and commercial productions, benefit promotions, international competition participation, and
national competition judging, we have the technical, logistic, and artistic background for the success that your
next event will need. Our
sculptor/chef has been interested in sun power since playing with a magnifying glass and making a sundial wristwatch
as a child. Since then he has used sun power for cooking, smoking, cooling, and carving techniques with his projects,
displays, and award winning edible art.
While in business in Wasilla, Alaska Chef Richard Zerr became the First Ice Carver Certified by the National Ice Carvers Association (NICA), his bio and recipes are in The International Whos Who (WW) of Chefs 2004-05 and his name is in WW in Colorado and WW in the West.
